A few good things, December 2022

A while back, Leah and I had an idea for an affiliate site: product reviews of things we’ve used for at least a year.

In that spirit, here are a few good things I can heartily recommend:

  1. prAna Vaha shorts ($69 $40). More comfortable than sweatpants, and somewhat stylish to boot. Also on sale at REI.

  2. Blue Lotus chai ($19). Spicy deliciousness. Pairs nicely with Oatly. Boost the sweetness with stevia to get pretty close to the real thing. I use a Breville milk frother ($160) to mix it all together.

  3. Blundstone boots ($220). Boots that make you feel like you’re driving a truck instead of a car.

  4. Audio-Technica ATH-M50x headphones ($149). Solid sound at a reasonably affordable price. Great for planes too, no noise cancellation necessary.
