When you get email notifications of status changes, it would be wicked to see a visualization of the text that has been changed since the last status change (a la). It’d be an easier way to understand how a story is progressing, and a more effective way to scale the number of stories you’re tracking.

Ah, that plugin indeed looks cool and would make our email notifications more useful (and finally get us moving toward HTML).
