Milestone: this is the first car I’ve ever purchased, and I paid in cash. It’s a 2006 Audi A4 3.2L Quattro Turbo with the full nine yards, including heated seats front and back, sunroof, fancy seat lights that go on when you open the door, and even a voice memo recorder built into the door (I suppose that was innovation in 2006).
The decision now: is it an upgrade or downgrade to put a Yakima rack on top?
Status
A slightly delayed Alaska 2634 from San Francisco to Portland, few hours in Portland for a cousin’s graduation party, and then US Airways 95 down to Phoenix to see Michelle and her family for the week.
