We (Automattic) have also released some of our systems stuff via http://code.trac.wordpress.org/ although I think some of it is out of date and in need of re-syncing with live code. 🙁

One clarification, it’s only all of the *free* themes. Premium themes on WordPress.com aren’t included in the repo.
