Or you can just email the founder (me) on elias @ startupbus.com who also has previously been the chair of the DataPortability Project and is well aware of these issues.
There were specific reasons why we picked those options. The good news is that the main website to be launched in March will allow other options of authenticating.
I applied via FB, but I don’t have a Twitter account for contacts.

What was the application process like?
Via FB- just a form to fill out. I pasted some sentences from my dissertation about turning it into a startup. I didn’t invest much time in addition to those hard-fought lines I pasted in…
Though I’m sure the winners will have invested far more time and effort than I did.
