Seven days of working out this week. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to pull this off. Running Sunday, swimming Monday, running Tuesday, kayaking Wednesday, running Thursday, Friday, and today.
New swimming personal record: 115 minutes. Great start to the weekend.
Finished my first olympic triathlon! 37:32 1,500 meter swim, 1:44:08 40 km bike ride and 48:30 10 km run for 3:13:12 total.
The satisfaction and sense of accomplishment from a 90 minute swim is indescribable. Triathlon t-minus one week.
Today’s objectives: building, swimming, sunning, and midnight showing of Harry Potter.
75 minute run yesterday, 90 minute swim today. I love weekends.

45 minutes of swimming at Market Sports Club was just what I needed. First time in a chlorine-free pool. Purchased a 10 pass for £85.
